That’s Ted, Cindy Morrison’s corgi. Special thanks to Cindy for hosting a book event at her house last night.  Her beautiful lakeside home was the inspiration for the house I used in Love Reconsidered. Cindy’s corgis, Hope and Cash, are the models for the corgis in the book. Cindy had Hope and Cash when we first met over a decade ago.  Hope and Cash were five years old when Cindy adopted them.

That’s Cindy with Cricket.  She got Cricket and Ted, Cricket’s son, after Hope and Cash passed away. Corgis are just so much fun and great to have around.

Cindy loves Ted, too!

It’s a bit dark, but you can see the beautiful view of Lake Sherwood behind me.  Just stunning.  Love Reconsidered is set on Lake Sherwood.

It was great to see some friends from Amgen.  My good friend, Leah Palmer, helps me sign books.  It was wonderful to see Jackie Crouse and Mary Klem, too!

Of course we had wine.  Cindy always serves wonderful wines.  Of course, she had Pinot Noir, which was featured on my book!

Here’s Roy with Ted and Cricket.  They have wonderful personalities, just like their predecessors, Hope and Cash.

Thanks to all who attended for a wonderful session that included great questions and insights.  And special thanks, again, to Cindy for being an outstanding host.
