Baked gluten-free and sourdough loaves

I made these two loaves yesterday.  One is a classic sourdough and the smaller one is a gluten-free loaf.  My husband enjoyed the sourdough, and the gluten-free was okay.  I am experimenting with the recipe, so when I improve it I will share it.  Getting ready for Thanksgiving and will be trying a few new recipes.  If there are good, I will be sure to post them.
